The Tree House
This nicely appointed ocean-view rustic home is a five-minute walk to the beach. It is also within walking distance to almost all of the famous surf spots on the North Shore, such as Pipeline, Rocky Point, Velzyland, and Sunset Beach. The Tree House features a fully equipped kitchen, full bath, and three comfortable bedrooms, as well as large living and dining areas, a washer/dryer, and a big screen TV. With all the comforts of home in your very own island getaway, you can feel free to surf, swim, snorkel, relax, and enjoy! And yes! The view you see below is from The Tree House deck!
The Space
You will be secluded from all the hustle of the beach, tucked away in your retreat. Walk five minutes to the best beaches on the North Shore. There are quite a few stairs to get to the house, so bring your best walking shoes or sandals, but that's what gives you the 180-degree view of the North Shore. BBQ to your heart’s content on the gas BBQ provided on the deck of this charming country home.
Things to Note
There are three flights of stairs leading to our Tree House. This is the UPSTAIRS unit of an upstairs/downstairs duplex. It is not handicap accessible, but that is how we get the fabulous view. Please note, there is a nice outdoor cat on the one-acre property.
You will be in a tropical jungle in the middle of the Pacific Ocean. We share our island with friendly critters like geckos. They are harmless, and yes, they are lime green. If you have any aversion to them, just be aware you will see them and possibly a dead bug or two. We do outdoor extermination twice a month to stay on top of it as much as we can. There is an owner’s studio lockout attached to the house. It is rarely occupied.
